Acceptance

By creating an account or using iHost Pro, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the content you publish. You must have the right to use any text, images and links you add to a guidebook.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the service.
• No misrepresenting your identity or your property.

Plans and payments

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance and managed through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep iHost Pro available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
