Overview

iHost Pro ("we", "us") provides software for creating digital guest guidebooks. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.

Information we collect

• Account data — your name, email and password (hashed) when you register.
• Content you create — properties, places, photos, check-in details and other guidebook content.
• Usage data — basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, authenticate you, host your guidebooks, and communicate important account or service messages.

Processors

We rely on trusted third parties to operate iHost Pro, including Supabase (database, authentication and storage) and, where payments are enabled, Stripe. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us. Deleting a property removes its content from the service.
